Data Developer

We are looking for a talented Data Developer to join our growing analytics and engineering team.

Job Overview

The Data Developer will play a key role in building and maintaining our enterprise data solutions. This position will work closely with stakeholders across the business to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and analytics models.

Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, FiveTran, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar technologies will be valuable, but we welcome candidates with equivalent skills from other platforms.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations across cloud and on-premises systems.

  • Develop and optimize data models in cloud-based data warehouses to support analytics and reporting needs.

  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools.

  • Configure and manage automated data ingestion workflows using ELT/ETL platforms.

  • Integrate, transform, and manage datasets from CRM and marketing platforms.

  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Lead the refinement of data processes, standards, and tools to align with business goals.

  • Champion best practices for data governance, quality, and security.

  • Other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, BI development, or related field.

  • Strong SQL skills, with proven experience in data modeling and performance tuning.

  • Experience with one or more BI, cloud data warehouse, or ELT/ETL technologies (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake, FiveTran, Salesforce Data Cloud, or comparable tools).

  • Familiarity with ELT/ETL principles and cloud data architecture.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to define solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or another scripting language for data transformation.

  • Knowledge of API integrations and data automation.

  • Understanding data governance, master data management, and security best practices.

  • Interest in leadership, mentoring, or guiding technology adoption.
